Stunning views, we were in a corner room on the top floor and it was the best view out over Pattaya bay, the sunsets were amazing! The room does need some upgrades but it was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff keep the place spotless and we felt it was excellent value for money. Great location and we would definitely return.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. I checked in during the international fireworks festival, so all rooms were occupied. The view in my room was a bit blocked, and I asked about a possible moved as I was staying full week. They kindly told me to get back to them after the festival to see if it was possible. And they remember my request 3 days later, and I got moved to another room with a great view of the sea. Housekeeping staff was also great as they left water for me even when I had a "do not disturb" sign on my door.

Everything was great: very helpful reception, nice room planning Bath in the bathroom (not very clean due to it's age, but very useful to have) Clean bed linen and towels Big size balcony 2 Washing machines right in the building (40 THB) Swimming pool (need to refresh tiles, please, otherwise painful to get in) Gym Very close to the sea (not very clean unfortunately) and to Terminal 21 and both ways tuk-tuk/ singles stops Kids room Kids trampoline and pleasant mini-fountain near reception

View. I chosen this room especially for window view. And my expectation was not destroyed. Window in half of my room size!. I could enjouy sea view directly from bed. Enjoying sunset everyday. Amaizing! I strongly recommend choose sea view room, you not will disappointed. It’s really good! That what dream each visitor arriving in sunshine marine town in Thai.

the position , we payed extra for a sea view balcony and it was worth every penny,the hotel is a bit dated ,but that suits us .been pattaya many times 9 times at least this was the best value hotel we,ve had .very quiet at night yet 1/2 mile from shops ,bars, supermarket Its not your 5 star modern room but was large with all the things we wanted

Waking up each morning and seeing the sea view . The breakfast buffet is also good with changing items each day.

Close proximity to the Pattaya marathon start line and how the staff collected by racekit for me as i was arriving from the UK late on Saturday. Provided all runners with a pre race breakfast.
